Any kickbacks or commission schemes between staff and suppliers or service providers are not acceptable and will lead to immediate dismissal of the staff member and The Hill stopping the relationship with the supplier immediately.
Do not communicate with staff on private numbers, private Whatsapp or private social media. Only use the outlined communication channels.
